Happy Thanksgiving to ALL!!

We had a great day with Grandma & Grandpa and the Suhay/McManis family. Needless to say, we ate way too much food. Addy even got some mashed potatoes, a tiny bit of pumpkin pie and some turkey veggie baby food.

The Jehle Visit

A couple of weekends ago, we spent a couple days lobbying for the Jehles to move back to Colorado. The weekend was comprised of old haunts... Pearl St. and Pasquini's, as well as some new hopeful places to hang... City Park, Old Town, Ft. Collins and even LaPorte. Not to throw my bias on the table too early, but I really, really want them to move back. I could get used to seeing their little ones more often. They are pretty fun.

Here are some pics from the weekend...

Hutch did a great job of showing Addy how some things are done!

Liz, Stacy, Elsa and Addy. It was a Saturday well spent with the Jehles and the Trotters.

BFF

And Addy may have taken this opportunity to raid Elsa's closet. This skirt and these boots were a gift from Liz to Elsa, but we had to take the opportunity to try it on.

Hutch does great with prepositions... in, out, up, etc. Here he was IN.

Eric and I may have to call these heart people in Ft. Collins. We need to make this happen.

Sometimes I feel like I might explode...

Sorry about the quality, Eric got it on his phone. Just make sure you have lots of volume!!

Fall Colors

We had so much fun tonight. Regan started a new Sunday night dinner plan where the 8-10 of us have dinner together on Sunday nights. Sunday nights have always been somewhat depressing knowing that the work week starts the next day but now we much more to look forward to. Point being, I was at the grocery store buying dinner and Eric was at home playing with Addy in the grass. Here are the fruits...

Halloween Pics

And I beat Leigh Ann in posting her pics.

There aren't many. She wasn't feeling well so she wasn't in her costume for long.

And the winner is...

We will have Halloween pictures posted soon. We had a really fun night, despite the fact that Addy was sick. We did some porch sitting (it was the warmest Halloween in Colorado history- the type of record I like), beer drinking, chatting with neighbors and then we went to visit the Trotters at the Shifty Fish concert. Seriously, Liz makes the best chili and Hayes does the best magic trics. We got home and realized we could hear Shifty Fish from our house blocks away. It is a fun tradition. Next holiday... Thanksgiving!!! We can't wait.

Family Portraits

Adelynd and I had such a great visit to Kansas City this weekend (I guess it was last weekend). In addition to lots of eating, shopping, visiting, eating, eating and more eating, Leigh Ann, Mimi, Grammy and I took the babies to get their pictures taken. They turned out pretty funny.
